We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support our finance team with day-to-day administrative tasks. In this role, you’ll handle financial data entry, assist with accounts payable/receivable, manage invoices, and help maintain accurate financial records. This position is perfect for someone looking to build a solid foundation in finance within a dynamic, fast-growing company.


Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, receipts, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation of accounts

  • Maintain financial records and data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Support month-end close processes by preparing necessary documentation

  • Liaise with vendors and other departments to resolve financial queries

  • Assist the finance team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc financial projects


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Basic understanding of financial processes and data entry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with finance software is an advantage

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach
