In this role, you’ll handle financial data entry, assist with accounts payable/receivable, manage invoices, and help maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities:
Process invoices, receipts, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation of accounts
Maintain financial records and data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Support month-end close processes by preparing necessary documentation
Liaise with vendors and other departments to resolve financial queries
Assist the finance team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc financial projects
Requirements:
Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Basic understanding of financial processes and data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with finance software is an advantage
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Good communication skills and a proactive approach
